I absolute love these amazing boots from Jimmy Choo; the color is fantastic, and the lattice detail is extremely unique, especially because it covers such a large area of the boot. I can just imagine wearing these with contrasting socks or tights underneath. Unfortunately, they retail at $2195 (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks), which is about two and a half times the amount of my rent. So there’s no way I’ll be getting these anytime soon.
There’s also the Drift bootie with the same lattice detail (Neiman Marcus, Net-A-Porter, Intermix, Nordstrom); this style was worn by Nicole Kidman for the Fall 2013 Jimmy Choo ads in various fashion magazines
The Heart Soul Patricia (DSW) takes direct inspiration from the Drift. The color is almost an exact match! This is a great budget-friendly option and it comes in a couple different colors as well.
The Steve Madden Frances, at $170, is a more affordable option if you like the lattice look in a bootie. But it’s not quite a double-take; it seems inspiration was taken from both the Delta and Drift and combined into a slightly different version. I do like the straight heel better, and the fact that the bootie has a close-toe, but the color is nowhere as rich!
