Smoking slippers are the perfect balance between lady-like flats and casual loafers. I’ve found myself quite obsessed with them lately because they’re as comfortable as flats, and can be styled with practically everything.
It’s tricky finding a pair that works for you because there are so many different styles. I’ve found that my taste jumps between the two extremes of simple-suede and embellished-suede. I picked up my first pair of studded and embellished flats from DSW a little while ago and absolutely love them because they really give simple outfits that little extra oomph.
