Spring is just around the corner, and I’m glad to see that lady-like heels are still around. Sandals with ankle straps are fantastic shoes because they are both sexy and comfortable, if you find the right pair for you. An ankle strap helps keep the shoe stable on your feet, and the open structure reveals the feminine arches and painted toes. I especially love the Oljera by Vince Camuto because the color is so bright and the texture makes the shoe interesting. The little buckles on the side are the cherries on top of a fantastic pair of shoes. And if bright red isn’t your thing, they’re also available in black. I haven’t had the pleasure of trying them on in person, but I bet they’re very comfortable; I own several Vince Camuto shoes (both flat and heeled) and have never been disappointed.
